Helen Larkin
Managing Director
Helen graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts. She then moved to Switzerland and began work with Crossair (now Swiss International Airlines) where she managed the Technical Planning Department in Basel.
Helen then took on the role at Crossair to prepare and conduct initial and recurrent Human Factors training for licensed engineers and technical personnel, as well as managing all technical training requirements. While in Europe Helen also freelanced as an instructor and completed multiple courses in Human Factors development before moving to Kenya and helping set up THINK.
Her current role as Managing Director includes the marketing of THINK courses and solutions as well as instructing.
