THINK Aviation Training was established to provide greatly needed professional aviation training and training management services for the expanding industry in East Africa and surrounding regions.
We hold Approved Training Organisation (ATO) status under several internationally recognised regulatory systems and continue to gain further approvals as our client base grows throughout the region.
Even though a relatively young company, the THINK brand has become a mark of excellence in the industry. This reputation has been built on internationally developed courses, Directors that hold substantial experience throughout Africa, Europe and Australasia, and excellent relations within the aviation industry.
Our headquarters are at Wilson Airport in Nairobi where we have our own training offices and facilities as well as onsite catering.
We currently conduct training for a variety of greatly diverse air operators and ground service providers with a range of initial and recurrent training courses that are specifically developed to meet our client’s needs. We also provide training management services and solutions including the updating and control of personnel training records and development of in house training programs.
