Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Our Quality Management Systems course first introduces the regulations related to quality management and auditing.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to develop, implement and maintain a process oriented quality management system including how to develop checklists and perform audits.
Key aspects of this course are the practical exercises, where different tools and techniques are used. You will develop skills to enable you to work as an internal auditor and gain expertise concerning quality management systems in accordance with the relevant regulations requirements.
Key components of this course are:
- History and regulatory requirements of Quality Management Systems;
- How to build a QMS relative to the size of your organisation;
- The importance of corporate commitment including how to develop a quality policy;
- Developing techniques to become a competent auditor;
- The development of an audit schedule, checklists, audit reports and corrective action recording including root cause analysis.
